About Shine On ME

Founded in the Nation's Capital in 2006, Shine On Me Productions was created with a vision of a full services production house.  From curation of an intimate concert series, to programming of a large scale festival; from executing a guerilla style street campaign, to development and oversight of a comprehensive social media plan; from the raw nuts and bolts of a production day to being intermediary to many varied vendors, we excel. Shine On Me is equally comfortable with wheatpaste and XLR cables as it is with executive level oversight and presentation. Our aim is to do whatever it takes to realize your goals with excellent results, afford you the value of our insight, relationships and reputation and cultural knowledge / sensitivities. 

Our founder Omrao Brown is well known in live music circles for his stewardship of Bohemian Caverns and Liv Nightclub from 2006-2016. He was responsible for the curation of the award winning* jazz programming and rebranding of the historical Bohemian Caverns. Liv Nightclub became the defacto standard venue for breaking touring acts, artist development and a niche for cultural juggernaughts as a direct result of his vision.
